Returns, Refunds, And Shipping Policy

We want FuelCloud to be the last fuel management system you and your business will ever need. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, however, we’re here to help.

Before filing an RMA, you must contact FuelCloud support at RMAs filed without contacting FuelCloud support will not be eligible for any refund, including unopened products. This policy helps us identify problems that could potentially be solved onsite and at no added cost to you, in turn saving you time and money and helping us more effectively process your return.

After contacting FuelCloud customer support, visit to file an RMA request.

As of January 1, 2020, hardware must be returned to FuelCloud or your equipment distributor within 30 days of submitting your RMA for a refund or return to be processed.

Defective/Flawed Products

FuelCloud stands behind its products and makes every effort to ensure that hardware arrives in perfect working order. However, we cannot control for every variable in workmanship or material flaws, and sometimes hardware is damaged in transit. FuelCloud support is available to resolve technical issues - if FuelCloud support is unable to resolve technical issues that resulted from defective or flawed hardware remotely, your hardware will be replaced at no cost.

Please note: in order for hardware to be considered defective or flawed, you must contact FuelCloud support before returning hardware.

Some FuelCloud products have additional guarantees and/or warranties. Please read the label for specific guidelines and return information.

  • Flawed CloudBox with damaged enclosure, seal, ports, and/or display can be returned if manufactured less than one year ago. Follow the online return steps above.
  • If hardware was purchased from a distributor, please return flawed products to the distributor location after contacting FuelCloud support.

We will inspect your returned item and notify of the status of your refund request. If approved, a refund will be issued to your credit card or original method of payment. Refund timing is dependent on your card issuer’s policies.


Unless the return is deemed to be the result of faulty hardware, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, then the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
