On-Roading Off-Road Fuel in 2026
Full article
As we close out another year at FuelCloud, we wanted to take a moment to reflect and say thank you. Whether you've been with us since the beginning or have just installed your first CloudBox 2, you're a part of what's been a banner year. Without you, there wouldn't be a FuelCloud!
This year we celebrated three major milestones:
These are big successes for us, but we’re equally proud of the smaller - but no less important - strides we made in FuelCloud’s reliability, accessibility, and value over the course of the year.

Reliability isn't always flashy, but all of the cool reporting tools in the world don't mean a thing if you can't get fuel. This year, we released a total of 14 app and firmware updates with one goal in mind: making FuelCloud work better, every single time you need it. In addition, the CloudBox 2 was designed with reliability top of mind: an improved WiFi module, modular pump controls for easier repair, and more i/o ports to support connections to customer infrastructure all help keep FuelCloud up and running. The numbers show that these product improvements have worked. At the same time that we've grown our customer base by roughly 20%, we've decreased our ticket count per customer by roughly 25%.

And when issues do arise? We've invested heavily in our support operations to make sure you get help fast. 97% of customer issues are resolved within 6 minutes, and the average phone wait time is just 44 seconds. These aren't vanity metrics—they represent real people getting back to work instead of waiting on hold.
A huge shoutout to our product and support teams, led by Sarah Ferraro and Dylan Angell respectively, who have been the driving force behind building a better product and keeping it supported in the field. In addition, Audra Kelvin (in her first year leading our new Customer Success function) has led the charge on customer training and account setup to make sure that you get started on the right foot.
We're still passionate about the power of managing your bulk fuel data, but you've been clear that you aren't managing fuel in isolation—you're managing entire fleets, and fuel is just one piece of that puzzle.
That insight drove us to refocus our efforts on our integration strategy this year to better connect FuelCloud with the rest of your fuel and fleet management tools:
Your feedback on these integrations has been incredibly helpful in shaping how we build FuelCloud, and we have more in the works for 2026 - stay tuned!

We’ve mentioned the CloudBox 2 already, and we could go on and on about all the cool technical changes in our new hardware. But one element of our new hardware that might have flown under the radar is how a 2-hose CloudBox changes the economics of owning FuelCloud. By rebuilding the hardware and eliminating the need for a CloudLink, we have:
As we grow, we’re looking for new ways to find the right pricing for the right features that make you feel like you’re getting your money’s worth. Some costs are beyond our control, but our target is to always deliver greater value than what you spend on FuelCloud.
So what’s in store for the new year?
Thank you for making 2025 such a successful year for FuelCloud. We're excited about what's ahead.
